This new location is situated in Sendagaya, a hub densely populated by major textile companies.It enables closer support to local apparel businesses, enhancing OCS's presence in the Shibuya area.
OCS has enhanced the areas where next-day delivery (N+1) is available, and convenience for customers by handling the drop-off of export cargo.
We are receiving more and more feedback from customers that they have achieved next-day delivery, and they are realizing the reduction in lead time.
Even you miss our driver’s pickup deadline of 5:00 p.m., you can bring and drop your packages off at Shibuya office.
The parcels will be delivered to major cities in Asia the next day at the earliest if your drop off is made by 5:45 p.m.
Please bring identification when dropping off items, we also provide packaging materials at the Shibuya office.
Stamp cards are issued to customers who come to the store.
