Established in 1983, Eastern Trading Company (ETC) is the sole agent for OCS Japan in Bangladesh. For over four decades, ETC has managed OCS Bangladesh operations, serving as one of the nation’s pioneering international courier representatives. The company began its journey as a distributor of Japanese newspapers and magazines. Today, it has evolved into a full-service international logistics provider, offering International Express and Freight Forwarding solutions. Leadership & Legacy

The late A.K.M. Golam Quader, a visionary entrepreneur and a decorated freedom fighter of the Bangladesh Liberation War, laid the foundation of the company. Following a distinguished career with PIA and Biman Bangladesh Airlines, he founded Eastern Trading Company in 1983, securing the exclusive agency for OCS Japan in Bangladesh.
